About Kent Weathersby
Kent Weathersby is the founder of the Weathersby Guild. His association with furniture restoration and claims handling began with his father, also Kent Weathersby, who taught Kent the family skill during his youth.
Kent has practiced his craft while conducting a career in military and commercial aviation. Upon retirement from United Airlines in 2003, he launched the Weathersby Guild with the establishment of Weathersby Guild, Jacksonville.
Kent holds degrees in Secondary Education and Business Management. He is an AMSA Certified Claims Analyst and a Master Craftsman in the Guild.
Kent is married to his eighth grade sweetheart, Mary Ann. The couple has three daughters and seven grandchildren. He is an avid scuba diver and general aviation pilot.
About Micah Weathersby-Bowman
 Micah Weathersby-Bowman graduated from the Terry School of Business at the University of Georgia in 1997. She interned at United Airlines before being hired by Delta Airlines as a pricing analyst and later a business analyst of revenue management projects.
After eight years at Delta, Micah joined the Weathersby Guild as Director of Administration and Marketing. She is the interface with the adjusting community and is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with the clients we serve.
Micah and her husband Mark have two daughters, Ava and Rose, and live in Villa Rica, GA. The couple is very active in church activities and enjoys boating and other outdoor activities.
